This could be at your initial signing or at your builder’s design center. Most importantly, The Restyle Group can make recommendations on which upgrades to do with your builder and which make sense to do after you move into your new home.  Don’t be overwhelmed with un-ending options when you have a design team available to help!
bullet Move-In Ready Homes: Not all buyers are up for the build-time of a new construction home or the many projects that a ‘diamond in the rough’ may require.  In these cases, we work with our buyers to detail a precise list of requirements, right down to the finishes: countertops, flooring, even lighting. With so many homes to choose from, we can find one just right for you. And, if it requires a bit of modification, we can help manage the project before you move in.

Our trusted partner network is also available to provide bids and estimates for big or small projects. We even have contractor suggestions for ongoing maintenance like pool repair, pest control, housecleaning, and landscaping upkeep.
